During my stay, I encountered a mix of excellent service from the valet team, particularly from Chris, Lamar, and Juan, who went above and beyond. However, my experience at check-in was frustrating due to lengthy delays and inadequate luggage assistance. The hotel has beautiful rooms but my check-in experience overshadowed some of the positives, making my overall experience less than ideal.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the one hand, the service from the valet and certain staff members was commendable and really stood out. However, the condition of the room left much to be desired, especially regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, the dining experience was not worth the price, which I found disappointing. Overall, while there were some positives, I wouldn't say my experience was ideal.
